Service Description

Play School Pups is a puppy preschool like no other! Our dynamic 30-45 minute puppy class is tailored for baby dogs aged from 10 weeks to approximately 5 months. When you book, you're securing a spot for a single, one-off class, offering you the flexibility to attend as many sessions as you like, without being locked into a weekly class. Our primary goal is to equip both you and your puppy with the skills to navigate the world together harmoniously. Through interactive sessions, we focus on building motivation and confidence, while supporting appropriate puppy socialisation. This includes exposure to various stimuli such as people, animals, new environments, sounds, and novel experiences. Here's what you can expect from our classes: 🐾 Games to develop your puppy's resilience. 🐾 Fun tricks that boost confidence, such as spin, middle, hand targets, and paws up. 🐾 Handling exercises for less stressful grooming & vet visits. 🐾 Basics for walking calmly on a leash and responding to recall commands. 🐾 Advice and simple tips for navigating life with your new puppy! Join us at Play School Pups and start your puppy on the right path to become a well-rounded, happy companion! Most Saturday morning classes are run at The Canine Campus in Hume, but we do occasionally run classes in different locations. To see availability and to check the specific details, click "book now". PLEASE NOTE: Families are welcome but children under 10 years old MUST also be accompanied by an adult who is not handling the dog. Your teacher Kylie is certified as a FDM - Family Dog Mediator, and has completed the Puppy Lab Certificate by the School Of Canine Science. She has proven experience in helping families raise confident, happy dogs from puppyhood and through the teenage years!

Cancellation Policy

Modifications to bookings: There are no make-up sessions for missed classes. Please be sure you or a family member can attend each session. There is no refund for missed sessions. We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, may necessitate cancellations. In such cases, Kylie will make an effort to credit and reschedule your booking, pending the trainer's approval. Refunds will be considered on an individual basis or may be provided as an alternative to rescheduling if training is canceled due to weather conditions.
