Service Description

A dog that wants to listen is much easier to live with than one you have to nag! Primary Connections is a 4-week course designed to turn your dog into a willing training partner. This course is perfect for those new to training or teams needing a reset. We focus on building motivated learners, setting clear expectations, and meeting your dog's biological needs, resulting in a calmer home life and a more responsive dog. This class is ideal for: 🐾 Graduates of Puppy Preschool looking for the next step. 🐾 Rowdy "teenage dirtbags" who have suddenly lost their ears. 🐾 Older dogs in need of a skills refresh. What to expect: 🟡 Clear Communication: Learn how to get your dog’s attention without the struggle. 🟡 Drive & Fulfillment: Use structured play to satisfy your dog's natural instincts. 🟡 Arousal Control: Teach your dog how to regulate their energy and find their "off-switch." 🟡 Reliable Recalls: Lay the foundations for a come-back-every-time recall. 🟡 Direct Support: Receive weekly handouts and digital resources to keep your progress on track at home. When: TBC (4 consecutive weeks) Where: TBC Duration: 45 minutes per session 🐾 All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, free from injury, and physically well enough to participate. 🐾 Big Feelings: This class focuses on neutrality. If your dog struggles significantly with reactivity (barking/lunging) on lead, please contact me before booking so we can ensure this is the right environment for them. 🐾 Class Environment: Dog-dog interactions are strictly managed. On-leash greetings are not permitted to ensure every dog feels safe. Family members are welcome but children must not approach other dogs without permission. 🐾 Policy: Please check your calendar carefully, as missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
