Are you eager for your dog to excel in real-life situations, even amidst distractions? Imagine them listening attentively while the world bustles around them. At our Social Responsibility drop-in class, we believe every dog can be trained and handled responsibly and in a way that empowers both owner and dog alike. Tailored for intermediate-level participants, this class focuses on honing skills necessary for navigating everyday scenarios, using the requirements of the SR1 Test from GRC Dogsports as our framework. To participate successfully in this class, participants should have established reward markers and dogs should be comfortable working in a group setting. Familiarity with foundational concepts is assumed. New students by referral only. For availability and specific location details, simply click "book now". During sessions, we may cover: - Effective leash communication - Teaching dogs to greet people calmly - Mastering the "Middle" - Achieving a 2-minute Down Stay amidst distractions - Practicing recall to Front - 'Calm liberty', empowering dogs to make good choices on their own.

Cancellation Policy

Modifications to bookings: There are no make-up sessions for missed classes. Please be sure you or a family member can attend each session. There is no refund for missed sessions. We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, may necessitate cancellations. In such cases, Kylie will make an effort to credit and reschedule your booking, pending the trainer's approval. Refunds will be considered on an individual basis or may be provided as an alternative to rescheduling if training is canceled due to weather conditions.
